This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join the team on the Beacon day unit and contribute to the provision of a high standard of evidenced-based practice and ensure the safe delivery of Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatment (SACT) to our oncology and haematology patients. You will be required to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to develop the practical skills required to work within this specialty while reflecting the unit's philosophy of care.
Starting as a band 5, we'll provide you with training and support to progress to a band 6 role over time. We value our RNs highly. Development and training within this role will be offered and prioritized to ensure you achieve the skills necessary to obtain competency to deliver SACT. There is an expectation that hours are worked flexibly on a rota basis Monday to Friday.
