As a Safeguarding & Attendance Officer, your role is critical:
- Support the Senior Leadership Team by ensuring statutory safeguarding compliance.
- Act as a strategic specialist, balancing attendance improvements with child welfare.
- Liaise professionally with external agencies to protect and promote the welfare of children.
This role demands: ✔ Specialist knowledge in safeguarding and attendance practices. ✔ Strong communicative and collaborative skills. ✔ Professionalism and ethical integrity.
