Join a Movement That's Changing Lives

ANDYSMANCLUB is one of the UK’s fastest-growing men’s mental health charities, dedicated to reducing male suicide and ending the stigma surrounding men’s mental health.

Founded in 2016 following the tragic loss of Andrew Roberts, we have grown from a single peer-to-peer support group into a nationwide movement with over 300 groups across the UK. Every week, thousands of men attend our groups to talk openly, support one another and know that they are not alone.

As we continue to grow, safeguarding remains at the heart of everything we do. We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Safeguarding Lead to support and strengthen our safeguarding processes, ensuring our culture, systems and practices remain safe, consistent and effective across the organisation.

The Opportunity

This is an important opportunity to lead safeguarding across one of the UK’s most recognised men’s mental health charities.

Working closely with the COO and senior leadership, you will help ensure safeguarding is embedded across the organisation, supporting the safety and wellbeing of our members, volunteers and staff.

You will act as the organisation’s safeguarding lead for day-to-day concerns and escalations, providing advice, guidance and support, whilst helping to develop and maintain policies, procedures, training and quality assurance processes that ensure ANDYSMANCLUB continues to operate safely and in line with best practice.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing sensitive situations, passionate about safeguarding, and committed to creating environments where people feel safe, supported and protected.

What You’ll Be Doing

Safeguarding Lead

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
