Safeguarding Lead at Livingstone Road Infant & Junior Schools

Safeguarding Lead Appointment – Livingstone Road Primary Federation

About the Role

Livingstone Road Primary Federation are seeking to appoint a Safeguarding Lead.

This role involves recognised responsibility for Safeguarding at the Federation, supported by our Assistant Headteacher and Inclusion team. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, flexible, and organised individual to join our dedicated, friendly, and highly motivated team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with relevant safeguarding agencies to support pupils where concerns have been raised.
  • Collaborating with staff across the Federation to ensure the safety and welfare of all children.
  • Ensuring policies and procedures align with current British safeguarding legislation.

The post is term-time plus inset days, with 2 additional weeks’ leave during the holidays.

Livingstone Road Primary Federation consists of a Preschool, Infant School, and Junior School, located in Parkstone, Poole.

Our children start as young as 2 years old in the Preschool, progressing through the Infant School, before completing their primary education in Year 6 at the Junior School.
