Safeguarding & Security Officer

Excellent Salary & Benefits. Full Time (shift pattern)

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, flexible and committed individual to join our Security and Safeguarding team at Farnborough College of Technology. Full Time (37 hours pw, shift pattern).

Main duties include regular patrols, CCTV operation, access control, responding to incidents, first aid response and porterage of furniture/goods. Candidates should have experience of working in Security, hold a current SIA license in manned guarding and ideally have worked with young people in some capacity.

Applicants must be a team worker with excellent customer service skills and also hold a valid driving license, as some travel between college sites will be required. They should also hold a First Aid Qualification or be willing to undertake first aid training.

The position includes split shifts, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday. Shift patterns to be explained further at interview.
