Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Planner

We’re excited to be looking for a Part Time Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Planner to join our team - supporting our fantastic trades operatives to deliver a timely, efficient repairs service for our customers, always promoting our first time fix approach.

Working pattern Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am - 1.30pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Playing a key role in keeping our repairs and servicing operation running smoothly - making sure the right colleague gets to the right job at the right time.
  • Planning and managing our operatives’ diaries so the right colleague is in the right place at the right time.
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance and servicing to keep everything running smoothly for our customers.
  • Making sure emergency work and overdue services are picked up quickly and completed in line with our commitments.
  • Keeping in touch with our customers, giving clear, timely updates and making sure they know what to expect every step of the way.
  • Working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials, equipment and services are in place when needed.
