Lead Safety Components Engineer
We are seeking a Lead Safety Components Engineer to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of automotive safety components, including airbags and seat belt systems. The role is responsible for product planning, APQP deliverables, change management, testing, validation, supplier coordination, and ensuring compliance with quality, cost, timing, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers to deliver robust, customer-focused safety solutions while driving technical excellence and continuous product improvement.
- Candidates should have experience in automotive safety systems, restraint systems development, engineering project leadership, and strong stakeholder management skills.
