Who We Are

Forza is the leading UK manufacturer of bespoke timber doors and other timber products. With revenue of over £38m our vision is to continue to deliver double digit revenue and profit growth. We are at an exciting stage of the company’s evolution and now is a great time to join the business to help deliver on our growth aspirations. We have a strong business culture that values our team as being the heart of our success.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Safety, Health and Quality (SHQ) Advisor who is visible, approachable and credible on the shopfloor. You’ll help colleagues do the right thing; safely and consistently; so we continue to strengthen day-to-day safety at Forza, meet our legal duties, and keep raising standards through practical, continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted point of contact for practical H&S advice, supporting managers and colleagues to work safely.
  • Deliver routine site inspections and audits; record findings, agree actions, and see them through to closure.
  • Complete and review risk assessments, COSHH and SSOW for tasks, equipment and processes.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses; produce clear reports with root cause and actionable recommendations.
  • Support H&S inductions for new starters, contractors and visitors; deliver toolbox talks and briefings as required.
  • Maintain key H&S documentation, registers and records (training, inspections, statutory checks) and contribute to KPI reporting.
  • Support emergency preparedness: procedures, drills and follow-up actions from drills/inspections.
  • Work closely with Production and Maintenance to identify hazards, improve controls and embed safer working practices.
  • Support contractor management on site, including safe working arrangements and supervision standards.
  • Take ownership of H&S improvement projects and other reasonable duties as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
