Job Title: Sage X3 Finance & Distribution Consultant
Location: Remote Salary: £70K - £80K (DOE) Start Date: ASAP
Job Description:
Chapman Tate is on the lookout for a talented Sage X3 Consultant to join our fast-growing, high-energy team in a full-time permanent position. If you’re passionate about driving real impact through ERP innovation, this fully remote role offers the perfect blend of flexibility, autonomy, and long-term career growth. As a key member of the team, you’ll spearhead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of Sage X3 solutions across Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, and additional business modules. You’ll collaborate directly with clients to streamline processes, solve complex challenges, and deliver hands-on training that empowers end users to get the most out of their systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sage X3 implementation projects, from scoping and configuration to testing and deployment.
- Provide functional and technical support, assisting end-users with system issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain reports (Crystal Reports, SEI dashboards, BI tools) and perform data analysis.
- Document processes, provide user guides, and deliver training to client teams.
- Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sage X3 Consultant or Functional/ERP Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Sage X3 modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement).
- Experience with data migration, report development, system upgrades, and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
