Job Description

Experienced Warehouse Colleague roles paying a great £13.64 per hour, with additional £1.94 per hour between 18.00 and 06.00 and £4.17 for additional hours worked over 160 in a 4 week pay period and Bank Holiday hours.

Wincanton Dedicated Grocery are recruiting for experienced pickers, packers and loaders to help deliver orders to our customer Sainsburys local convenience stores.

Working in a safety first with wellbeing a key focus, multi temperature environment.

This is a heavy lifting role, lifting boxes of 20kg, picking bananas, eggs and bread.

Shift Patterns

  • Working Any 5 Days Out Of 7
  • Nights Shift 10pm-6am

We are offering full time permanent roles.

Person Specification

  • Warehouse experience essential – particularly in a multi-temperature environment
  • Must be willing to work within a multi-temperature environment (full PPE provided)
  • Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site
  • Motivated and committed
  • Driven with high personal standards.
  • Flexible – shifts require some weekend work (2 of 3) as the depot operates 24/7
  • Adaptable – the role provides a varied working day of multiple tasks
  • Ability to meet targets within set timescales, ensuring we always meet the customer’s service requirements
  • The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information
  • Naturally curious – willing to learn and develop
