This Client Advisor role is critical to delivering our vision: running an exceptional, distinctive retail experience while elevating team performance and sensory engagement in-store. Purpose of the Position

The Client Advisor plays a pivotal role in achieving store sales targets and performance indicators (KPIs) while crafting an immersive, pinnacle client experience for internal and external visitors—reflecting the enduring legacy of Yves Saint Laurent:

  • Benchmark level client service through curated conversations and design expertise
  • Client centricity driven by an anticipatory approach to meeting needs and fostering long-term loyalty

  • Demonstrate superiority in after-sale follow-up, ensuring sustained satisfaction and repeat visits

    • Anticipate, reinterpret, and preferably shape future purchases
