Role Description
This part-time Salaried General Practitioner role is an on-site position based in Kensington and Chelsea. The GP will provide high-quality, patient-centered clinical care, including history taking, examination, diagnosis, prescribing, and ongoing management of a broad range of conditions. The GP will collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, contribute to clinical governance activities, and support continuous improvement in patient pathways and service efficiency. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, following relevant regulatory standards, and supporting a positive, inclusive care environment.
Qualifications
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and a license to practice as a General Practitioner in the UK.
- Completed GP training and inclusion on the GP register; experience in primary care or community-based practice.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and prescribing skills, with evidence-based decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with diverse patient groups and colleagues.
- Competence in using electronic health record systems and digital tools to manage patient information securely.
- Commitment to safeguarding, patient safety, confidentiality, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, manage time and workload, and adapt to evolving service needs.
- Interest in digital healthcare delivery and service development; experience in telehealth or online consultation pathways is an advantage.
