Salaried GP

GP (General Practitioner) – Healthy Prestatyn Iach (HPI) – Multi-Disciplinary Team Role

About the Role

Are you looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to work in large multi-disciplinary team of GPs and Allied Health Professionals? At Healthy Prestatyn Iach (HPI), we provide a strong relocation package of up to £8k to help you move to North Wales.

As one of the leading practices in delivering a social model of care, our team includes Nurses, Physiotherapists, Pharmacists, and Occupational Therapists—all working together to enhance patient outcomes in a forward-thinking, patient-centred approach.

We’ve been operating successfully for 7 years, with a multi-disciplinary clinical team serving 20,000 patients and continuous growth in evolving Primary Care developments. Our Health Board-Managed Practice ensures high-quality care with an MDT-focused model designed for the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

The Location

HPI offers 5 practice locations centrally situated in Prestadyn, North Wales, an ideal seaside town where you can enjoy:

  • Independent coffee shops, bars, and a large retail park
  • Quick access to beaches and countryside
  • Excellent transport links to Chester, Manchester, and Liverpool

It’s a wonderful place to work—and live!

Main Duties & Responsibilities

This vital role will support the practice’s evolving care model:

  • Manage a patient load across a diverse range of health needs within a primary care setting
  • Collaborate with and support a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) by sharing clinical knowledge and best practices
  • Deliver patient-centred, prudent, and team-enabling care as part of our innovative primary care model

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
