Lead / Salaried GP Opportunity in Gosport

A well-regarded, forward-thinking GP practice on the South Coast is seeking to appoint a Salaried GP for 4 to 8 sessions per week due to sustained growth and rising patient demand, with an offering of up to £13,500 per session.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a genuinely supportive and friendly clinical team within a modern, patient-centred surgery. The practice has established an outstanding local reputation for both patient care and staff wellbeing.

There is also the possibility of taking on a lead role within the practice, where you could become instrumental in future growth and expansion, collaborating closely with the Primary Care Network (PCN) and Integrated Care Board (ICB).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred general practice care for a growing patient population (~6,000+).
  • Contribute to the practice’s clinical direction, particularly those considering a leadership position where strategic involvement with the PCN and broader healthcare systems would be encouraged.
  • Work alongside a well-supported multidisciplinary team, comprising experienced ANPs, Practice Nurses, specialist chronic disease clinicians, HCAs, Pharmacists, FCPs, Health & Wellbeing Coaches, and Social Prescribers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
