Salaried GP – £12k–£12.5k per session | Minimal Admin | Half-day Duty only | No evenings/Saturdays
A genuinely manageable GP workload.
A well-established GP Training Practice in Southampton is seeking a Salaried GP to join its highly supportive and well-structured clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP who enjoys the clinical side of General Practice and wants protected time for patient care rather than excessive admin.
Strong MDT support, streamlined systems and Partner-led admin processes help create a sustainable and efficient working day.
Salary & Benefits
- £12,000–£12,500 per session
- GMC fees paid
- Indemnity covered
- NHS Pension
- 6 weeks annual leave
- 1 week study leave
- Support for specialist interests, including minor surgery
Workload & Structure
- Part-time or full-time available
- Mix of telephone and face-to-face appointments
- Minimal admin burden for Salaried GPs
- Partner-led admin support to prioritise clinical time
- Afternoon on-call only
- No evenings or weekends unless desired
- Very paper-light and highly streamlined systems

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
