A well-regarded GP Training Practice in the Torquay area is seeking a Salaried GP for 4-8 sessions. This is a well-managed role with excellent continuity of care, a structured 15-minute appointment system, and a supportive, extensive leadership team.
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £12,500 per session (depending on experience and additional responsibilities)
- 6 weeks annual leave
- 1 week study leave

Workload & Structure
- 15-minute appointments
- 4–8 sessions per week (two positions available so some flexibility on working pattern)
- 2 hours of admin time per day plus lunch break
- Excellent continuity with your own patient list
- Coffee break every morning
- Very well-managed on-call—triage focused with two GPs working together, and a third GP solely handling urgent admin, tasks, and external calls

Requirements
You must be:
- Qualified as a General Practitioner
- Registered with the GMC
