Wadhurst Medical Group - Sussex Primary Care (SPC) is a friendly, growing GP practice looking to welcome a new GP to the team.
We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, collaborative environment where clinicians can thrive. Our practice has consistently achieved excellent QOF results and is supported by an experienced, established nursing team. We have streamlined administrative workflows to reduce GP workload, enabling our GPs to focus on delivering high-quality patient care. We also offer 15-minute appointments and a manageable home visiting commitment of just one home visit per day.

We offer up to £12,200.50 per session, per annum, along with a range of benefits. In addition, as part of SPC, an at scale primary care provider made up of six GP practices with 50,000+ patients across 5 Primary Care Networks (PCNs), you will have the chance to work alongside a diverse and experienced team of healthcare professionals to provide a truly integrated approach to patient care. We are looking for GP’s who:
- Are MRCGP qualified
- Are registered on the GMC GP Register with licence to practice
- Are on an NHS National performers list (England, Wales or Northern Ireland)
- Are UK based (necessity)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent clinical decision-making skills
- Have a passion for healthcare
- Are motivated and committed to developing the knowledge and skills required for the role and for ongoing professional development
