GP Training Practice Opportunity – Stockton-on-Tees
Join a well-established GP Training Practice and gain a real impact in shaping its future as a Salaried GP with view-to-Partnership potential.

About the Surgery
A dynamic GP Training Practice also hosting medical students, ensuring:
- Multiple trainers of high calibre
- Very tight-knit Partnership – all colleagues get along exceptionally well
- Systemic focus: geared towards reducing GP workload
- Strong support team of:
- Association of Chartered Practitioners (ACP)
- ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioners)
- Prescribing Pharmacist
- Dedicated Admin GP for urgent tasks and bloods
- Dedicated partnership/admin session each week to free up clinical time
- No evening/weekend enhanced access requirements
- High-QOF scoring ([Quality and Outcomes Framework] in practice)
- Strong socio-demographic makeup with familiar yet varied patient base

Your Role
Title: Salaried GP (View-to-Partnership)
Session Range: 5-6 sessions (extra sessions may be negotiable)
Typical Workload:
- 11 ‘new’ patients per session
- 3 protected follow-up slots – exclusively for you to book
- 15-minute appointments (streamlined efficiency)
Clinic Setup:
- Fantastic productivity – heavy work distribution prioritises your capacity.
- Minimal home calls – most administered via ST3 locums and ANPs.
Pathway:
- Weekly Partnership commitment discussion (starting phase ahead)
- Obligated weekly CPD Partner session during this privilege period
