About Our Client

Our client is a well-established premium golf retailer focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience through quality products and expert services. They are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

The Role

The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the business operates efficiently by coordinating appointments, supporting inventory management, maintaining operational systems, and providing excellent customer support. This role works closely with the sales and fitting teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer appointments and daily schedules.
  • Support inventory management and stock control processes.
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain operational systems and accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support across the business.
  • Assist the sales and fitting teams with operational requirements.
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
  • Support internal processes to improve efficiency and customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach.

  • Previous administration or operations experience.
