Sales Account Executive – ServiceNow

We're growing. Not because we've hit a headcount target, but because we're having more conversations than we can keep up with. So we're looking for someone to help us build the next stage of Flowmotion.

This isn't a traditional sales role. You won't be expected to hit hundreds of cold calls a week, or sell something you don't believe in. Instead, you'll be helping organisations get more from their ServiceNow investment — whether that's Operational Technology (OTM), Security, bespoke application development, platform optimisation, or solving problems a standard implementation simply can't touch.

How the work actually comes to you

Most of your pipeline won't come from cold outbound. It'll come from partner-sourced leads through the ServiceNow ecosystem, inbound enquiries from our marketing and thought leadership work, and warm introductions from the relationships we've already built. Your job is opening the right conversations from there, understanding what the customer's actually trying to solve, and guiding it through to a positive outcome for all — working alongside developers who genuinely enjoy hard problems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll be doing

  • Qualifying and progressing partner-sourced and inbound opportunities
  • Running discovery conversations that get past the RFP or help design it and into the real problem
  • Bringing in technical colleagues at the right point in the conversation
  • Managing a healthy, honestly-forecasted pipeline
  • Building direct relationships with senior stakeholders across target accounts
  • Contributing to how we position ourselves in the market — this isn't a role where you just execute a script

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Curious about technology and how businesses actually work
  • Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
  • Organised enough to manage a healthy pipeline without being chased
  • Motivated by building relationships rather than simply chasing commission
  • Commercially minded and excited by creating new opportunities
