Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Account Executive to support both campaign delivery and the commercial team.
This is a varied role split between managing booked advertising campaigns from contract through to completion, and providing proactive sales support to help generate new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with clients, has excellent attention to detail, and is naturally curious about brands, agencies, and the media landscape.
This role offers an excellent pathway into account management, commercial partnerships, and media sales.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Account Management (approx 50%)
Own the day-to-day management of booked campaigns, ensuring every campaign is delivered smoothly and to a high standard.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage campaigns from booking confirmation through to delivery and post-campaign reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, podcast partners, and talent agents throughout campaign delivery.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, and approvals.
- Ensure all parties are aligned on campaign requirements and deadlines.
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively resolve any issues.
- Prepare campaign reports, performance summaries, and wrap-up presentations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and podcast partners to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate campaign records and internal documentation.

Sales Support & Market Research (approx 50%)
Support the commercial team by helping create more opportunities and better-informed sales conversations.
Responsibilities include:
- Research prospective advertisers, brands, and agencies.
- Identify relevant marketing activity, product launches, and campaign opportunities.
- Build prospect lists and maintain CRM data.
- Help coordinate outbound sales activity and meeting scheduling.
- Support the sales team by securing meetings with prospective clients.
- Produce research, market insights, and competitor intelligence to strengthen sales conversations.
- Source relevant case studies, industry news, and campaign examples.
- Assist with sales presentations and client materials where required.
Key Performance Indicators
Campaign Management
- Campaigns delivered accurately and on time.
- Client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Quality and timeliness of campaign reporting.
- Internal stakeholder feedback.
- Effective management of campaign timelines and communication.
Sales Support
- Number and quality of meetings booked for the commercial team.
- Quality of prospect research and market intelligence.
- CRM accuracy and pipeline support.
- Contribution to new business opportunities.

Experience & Skills
Essential
- 1+ years' experience in media, advertising, marketing, account management, or client services.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable communicating with both clients and external partners.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace skills.
Desirable
- Experience working with agencies, brands, publishers, or podcast networks.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Knowledge of the UK advertising or podcast market.
- Experience coordinating campaigns or projects.

- Consistently provide high-quality research and commercial insights that support the sales team.
- Play an active role in generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and meeting generation.
