The Role
We are looking for dedicated sales professionals to drive the adoption of JoVE products at universities and colleges in the DACH region. An ideal candidate is a result-oriented achiever and strives to succeed and grow with the company. - Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, building on our strong presence in DACH and driving growth in the region.
- Meet or exceed new business sales goals.
- Drive pipeline generation and rigorously progress opportunities through the sales cycle to achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct proactive daily outreach and schedule high-quality meetings and product demos to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Present the product, online and in-person, to researchers, teaching faculty, and academic librarians.
- Leverage industry trends and market insights to develop actionable account strategies that drive sales performance.
- Work effectively with other team members to deliver on sales targets, team projects, and campaigns.
- Attend trade shows and participate in other marketing activities.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, STEM Publishing or SaaS.
- Full professional proficiency in German language.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in person and online.
- Experienced with Salesforce and platforms such as HubSpot.
- Confidence in dealing with clients and product users.
- Self-motivated, initiative, results-oriented and willing to learn new skills.
- A drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges.
