Enterprise Account Director – Financial Services

Looking for an enterprise sales role where you're growing existing strategic banking clients rather than constantly chasing new logos?

The Role

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking clients, developing long-term strategic relationships and identifying opportunities to expand the use of the platform across compliance, financial crime and operations teams.

Alongside growing existing customers, you'll also target a select number of new enterprise banking accounts.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Growing revenue across strategic banking customers
  • Building executive relationships with Compliance, Financial Crime, AML, KYC/KYB and Operations leaders
  • Managing complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through to negotiation and close
  • Developing account plans that unlock cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure long-term customer success

You'll likely have experience selling enterprise software into major financial institutions and enjoy building long-term customer partnerships.

We're particularly interested in people with experience selling:

  • Enterprise SaaS into Banking

You'll have a proven track record of managing complex enterprise deals and building relationships with senior stakeholders across Tier 1 or Tier 2 banks.

Package

  • £100,000-£150,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
  • £180,000-£200,000+ OTE with uncapped earning potential
