We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic B2B Account Manager to help identify and qualify new business opportunities and contact existing customers.
About Us
We are Ben's Gutters Commercial, the largest and fastest-growing nationwide commercial (B2B) gutter cleaning and maintenance company, providing professional maintenance solutions to businesses, property managers, and facilities teams across the UK and NI. With a reputation built on reliability, safety (we are ISO and Safe Contractor (SSIP) accredited), and customer satisfaction, we’re expanding our sales team to support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential commercial clients across the UK (industrial estates, retail parks, schools, offices, etc.)
- Contact businesses via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our services.
- Qualify prospects and book appointments or site surveys for our sales managers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions using CRM tools.
- Contact the existing customers for new bookings.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimise lead quality

What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- Experience in lead generation, sales, or B2B sales preferred (not essential — training provided).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and persistent.

What We Offer
- £28,600 starting salary with uncapped bonus, OTE £40-55,000 per year.

This role is a full-time (9 am - 5 pm) in-office position, Monday to Friday.
