Sales Account Manager

Salary: £39,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full-time)
Location: Barking, Essex

About Aspire Excel Ltd:

Aspire Excel Ltd is a specialist healthcare recruitment agency supplying healthcare professionals to hospitals, care homes and healthcare organisations across the UK. We provide temporary, permanent and fixed-term staffing solutions with exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our expanding team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will develop new business, manage client accounts, expand our customer base and support the company's commercial growth. This is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends and potential clients.
  • Generate new business through networking, lead generation, referrals, cold calling and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organisations, private healthcare providers and care homes.
  • Manage existing client accounts to maximise customer satisfaction, retention and business growth.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
  • Liaise with senior management to develop sales strategies and contribute to achieving business objectives.
  • Produce regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent Aspire Excel Ltd at networking events, exhibitions, conferences and client meetings.
  • Work closely with recruitment, compliance and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate client records using the company's CRM system.
