AbBaltis provides high-quality disease state plasma, serum, and residual clinical samples to the In Vitro Diagnostics industry and research community. Role Description

The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Borden. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts in the diagnostics and research sectors, including building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting AbBaltis products and services.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Preparing quotations
  • Negotiating pricing and terms
  • Following up on inquiries to ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction

The Sales Account Manager will collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to coordinate orders, address issues, and provide accurate product information. The role also involves:

  • Tracking sales performance
  • Maintaining CRM data
  • Contributing to sales strategies that support business growth

Qualifications

  • Strong account management skills, including experience with customer satisfaction and customer service.
  • Ability to generate and qualify leads, with a track record in lead generation and sales development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within life sciences, diagnostics, or related industries.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple customer relationships and deadlines.
  • Relevant education in life sciences, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
