About Us at Three Spirit
Three Spirit is bringing the feeling back into drinking. Rooted in the power of plants and complex in flavour, our award-winning botanical spirit alternatives are for curious consumers seeking pleasure, ritual, and connection, not just abstinence or alcohol replacement.
Created by bartenders and plant scientists, our non-alcoholic bar quality elixirs use active botanicals to bring real feelings into the everyday. Each expression is designed for a different mood and moment - Livener for a lift, Social to open up, Nightcap to unwind, upgrading the category with drinks that deliver on experience as well as taste.
If that excites you, this might just be the role for you.
The Role
Sales Account Manager - London, Full Time
£35,000 base salary, 10% bonus (discretionary based on performance)
We’re already a best-selling NA brand in the likes of The Connaught, Hawksmoor, Alchemist, and Selfridges but we're just getting started and want to expand our footprint across London’s best hospitality venues and indie retailers.
Our unique positioning of being a functional non-alc brand gives us the benefit of appealing to a really wide set of consumers so we are in an incredible position for strong growth with high ambitions.
We are looking for someone with a bold personality and tons of energy and drive to chase new listings whilst also supporting existing customers.
The role will be field-based with some requirement to come to our central London head office. Regular evening work is expected; we want someone who genuinely wants to immerse themselves in the trade.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
