The Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Account Manager to support the growth of DTC’s military communications portfolio across Europe.
This role focuses on new business development & expanding our presence within the European defence market. You will be responsible for managing and growing existing reseller and partner networks, while also developing new routes to market and securing new business with government and military end users.
Operating within a defined European territory, you will play a key role in executing go-to-market strategies, strengthening channel partnerships, and driving revenue growth across DTC’s tactical communications and HF radio portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing reseller, dealer and partner networks across Europe
- Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities within military and defence markets
- Establish and expand routes to market, including channel partnerships and direct engagement with end users
- Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to revenue growth targets
- Lead and support capture activities, including bid strategy, pricing and commercial positioning
- Build strong relationships with government agencies, military stakeholders, OEMs and system integrators
- Represent DTC at industry events, exhibitions and customer engagements across Europe
- Provide market intelligence on customer requirements, competitor activity and regional trends
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting through Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Leadership, Product Management, Engineering and Customer Support

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role within military or defence markets
- Strong background in tactical communications, military radios, RF or wireless communications technologies
- Experience selling into European defence environments, including mainland Europe
- Track record of working with resellers, channel partners and/or direct government and military customers
- Ability to operate in a hybrid role, balancing account management with new business development
- Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting bids, proposals and pricing strategies
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated, able to operate independently and manage a European territory
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Additional Information
DTC's European Headquarters is based in Whiteley, Hampshire. Remote role with frequent travel, including adhoc travel to our UK HQ. Opportunity to join a growing team supporting expansion of DTC’s military portfolio
