What's the role?
As a Sales Account Manager in the Timber division you will be pivotal in driving growth and customer satisfaction across the construction industry — You will become a go-to expert, visiting customers to position solutions that improve productivity, solve problems, and identify opportunities ensuring meaningful impact in every interaction.
Hilti thrives on a direct B2B sales model, meaning your impact is immediate and meaningful. You’ll be championing real change in productivity, safety, and sustainability, by showing up and being present.
What You'll Do
Visting customer locations and construction sites across your territory - Monday to Friday. Engaging with current, new, and returning customers to build strong relationships, generating leads and conducting sales every day. Plan your pipeline proactively, combining proven approaches with creative thinking to uncover new opportunities—supported by our advanced tools and training. Stay informed on products and market trends to bring a positive, solution-focused mindset to every customer interaction.
What You’ll Bring
Proven sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently, managing your time and priorities effectively. Resilience and adaptability, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels—from Site Operators to Managing Directors. A solution-oriented approach, with the ability to uncover customer pain points and present tailored, value-driven solutions. A natural sense of drive, curiosity, and self-motivation to succeed, learn, and grow. Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
