Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 08:30 am - 5:00 pm with one hour for lunch, unpaid.
Salary: DOE + Commission + Car Allowance
Location: East Anglia

Summary:
To manage and negotiate with potential and existing clients, promoting and selling our wide range of products, solutions and services. To be effective in this position, employees must consistently achieve sales targets, account manage existing clients and generate new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply the business sales strategy, achieving Company sales targets, across a number of KPIs.
  • To have a comprehensive knowledge of ASL’s products, solutions and services.
  • To have an understanding of the financial products on offer, best suited to a customer’s needs.
  • Prepare lease and service documentation and reports and statistical data for accounts and opportunities.
  • Generate sales opportunities for new and existing accounts using appropriate methods to generate opportunities and follow-up.
  • Forecast and report on sales opportunities and performance as required.
  • Maintain, protect and support the service revenue stream for the business.
  • Utilise the use of the business Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Use IT applications, databases and platforms e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage the relationships with existing and new customers and interface with key internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend meetings, training, seminars and other sales events as required.

Key Measurements:

  • Sales revenue and gross profit generated.
  • Number of Machines in Field (MIF) – dependent on the number of sales accounts.
  • Number of business leads and opportunities created and converted to sales.
  • Account retention.

Special Requirements:

  • Proven sales and negotiating experience and capabilities.
  • Industry knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
