Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture a strong network of local partners who align with our vision of service excellence.
  • Spend most time in the field: Meeting with agents, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Ria’s services enhance their operations.
  • Take ownership of the full agent onboarding process, from initial engagement through training and ongoing support.
  • Act as a trusted business advisor, ensuring agents maximise their earning potential while delivering seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor insights to strategically position Ria.

Key Requirements

  • Exceptional people skills: Enthusiasm for meeting new contacts and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Field sales or business development experience (preference for financial services or money transfer background).
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in dynamic environments.
  • Achievement-driven with a target-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages strongly preferred).
