We’re seeking a proactive, people-focused Account Manager to join our London team, covering North/North West London. This is more than just sales—it’s about building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping businesses grow.
As the face of Ria in your territory, you’ll work closely with local partners to bring our services to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow and nurture an agent network committed to service excellence.
- Spend most of your time in the field, meeting people, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Ria can make a difference.
- Manage the full onboarding process, from initial conversation to training and ongoing support.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping agents maximise their potential and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay industry-savvy, tracking competitors and trends to keep Ria ahead.
Requirements
- A confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building lasting relationships.
- Experience in field sales or business development (preferred if in financial services or money transfer).
- Organised, adaptable, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work towards targets with a commercial mindset.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a major advantage.
