Overview
Lutron-Orluna is seeking a high-calibre Sales Account Manager to drive growth across the North East UK market. As a key member of the Sales team, you will champion the company’s premium lighting solutions, delivering exceptional value to our customers and partners.
In this role, you will build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, builders, and developers positioning Lutron-Orluna as the partner of choice for luxury lighting. You will identify and develop new opportunities, expand market presence within the region, and play a pivotal role in elevating our brand and solutions across the high-end residential and specification space.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive profitable growth across the territory
- Build and manage strong day-to-day relationships with key stakeholders, including lighting designers, architects, interior designers, and AV partners
- Partner directly with customers to develop a robust pipeline, ensuring Lutron-Orluna lighting and shading solutions are specified on every suitable project
- Identify, open, and develop new accounts, expanding Lutron-Orluna’s presence and increasing market share within the region
- Build deep understanding of assigned accounts by fostering loyalty, maintaining visibility of their pipelines, and promoting the full breadth of Lutron solutions across all projects
- Support accounts in developing and executing effective strategies to progress and successfully close opportunities
- Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, including CPDs and new product launches, to customers and influencers
- Actively represent Lutron-Orluna in the market by participating in industry associations, networking events, and trade activities
- Continuously identify and implement innovative strategies to accelerate market growth and enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate closely with the Residential Sales team and wider Lutron UK organisation to drive aligned, cross-functional success

Qualifications
- Experience within the lighting, custom AV, or a related industry
- Strong track record of delivering sales results, combining account management with new business development
- Full UK driving licence required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop long-term B2B relationships through a consultative, value-driven sales approach that enables customer success
- Proficient in using CRM systems and digital tools to manage pipeline, track performance, and drive results (e.g. SFDC)
