Sales/Account Managers Representatives (Scotland Territory) – Healthcare | £35,000–£50,000 + Bonus

📍 Location: Field-based (covering NHS & private hospitals in Scotland)
💼 Type: Full-time, Permanent
💰 Package: £35,000–£50,000 base + performance-based commission + company bonus

💊 What you’ll be doing

  • Owning your region, which will be Scotland mainly - visiting NHS and private hospitals as required. This could look like 1-3 days weekly depending on business needs, so flexibility is key.
  • Growing revenue within existing accounts and identifying gaps in sup
  • Opening new accounts through relationship-led sales
  • Selling small-ticket but critical items (e.g. pre-filled syringes, parenteral nutrition, chemotherapy lines)
  • Acting as the link between pharmacy, procurement, and frontline care
  • Managing your own diary, pipeline, and targets — with full internal support

🧠 What we’re looking for

  • Sales experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, lab tech, or medical consumables
  • Good understanding and experience of NHS procurement landscape
  • A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivation and autonomy - you're comfortable running your own patch
  • Open-minded, curious, and passionate about improving patient care
