Sales & Account Team Leader – Full time – North of Scotland
At itison, we believe life is about the experience. We match our 1.7 million members with the best local experiences, create our own world-class events and donate thousands of experiences to local charities.
We’re the market leader at what we do, and we’re proud to be a fast-paced, ambitious, independent Scottish business with a brilliant culture, a strong sense of purpose and a team full of smart, driven people who care about doing great work.
We’re looking for a proven and ambitious Sales & Account Team Leader to join our City Team and help us grow our North Region business sustainably. This is a hands-on sales leadership role, ideal for someone who can build strong relationships with brilliant local businesses, spot standout opportunities, drive commercial performance and lead, support and coach our North team.
Across the North Region, we work with some of Scotland’s most exciting hospitality, leisure and experience-led businesses, including V&A Dundee, The Old Course St Andrews, The Peat Inn, Moonfish Cafe, and His Majesty’s Theatre Aberdeen, as well as the next generation of brilliant local businesses our members will love.
The role would suit someone with strong field sales experience who knows how to motivate themselves and others in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, who is well connected across Dundee, Aberdeen & surrounding areas.
What You'll Be Doing
Our City Team (Sales & Account Management team) is at the forefront of growth for itison, sourcing and negotiating an incredible range of local experiences; from hotel breaks and Michelin-starred dining to standout spas, attractions, events and hidden gems.
You’ll be focused on growing our North business by developing new partnerships, building on established relationships and creating opportunities that deliver for our host businesses and our members. Your time will be split between managing and growing your own accounts, generating new business, and leading the day-to-day performance, motivation and development of the team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
