About the Role

We’re recruiting for an Apprentice Sales Admin to join our showroom sales team.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Welcome and assist customers, ensuring they feel valued and at ease.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through professional, courteous, and personalised support.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and assisting them in choosing the right products.
  • Manage administrative tasks to keep the showroom running smoothly.

You’ll also complete an apprenticeship through Preston College.


What You’ll Learn

✔ Customer Reception & Engagement – Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment. ✔ Customer Service Excellence – Offer tailored, friendly assistance to meet individual needs. ✔ Relationship Building – Connect with customers, guide them through product options, and reinforce loyalty. ✔ Organisational Skills – Maintain showroom operations with proficient administrative support.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A friendly, approachable personality Alongside a professional attitude
  • Strong timekeeping and a willingness to learn
  • Confidence in communicating with customers—in person, on the phone, and via email
  • IT proficiency, including experience with MS Office packages
