Sales Admin Coordinator – £35,000 per year + benefits – London
Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator who enjoys keeping sales teams moving? Do you have strong customer service experience and the confidence to manage enquiries, systems, and deadlines in a busy events environment?
The role
We are looking for a Sales Admin Coordinator to join a busy Venues team within the live events industry. This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, plus overtime.
This is a key support role within the commercial team. You will help keep enquiries moving, records up to date, and internal processes running smoothly. By handling the day-to-day administration, you will create valuable time for senior sales colleagues to focus on client relationships, opportunities, and revenue growth.
You will work closely with the Senior Account Director and Account Director. You will not be expected to manage senior client relationships or own revenue targets. Instead, your focus will be on organisation, accuracy, communication, and keeping the wider team well supported.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
