Sales Administrator Lead
The Sales Administrator Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Sales Administration team, providing guidance, support, and operational leadership to ensure departmental needs are consistently met. Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, this role will work closely with the Sales function in Germany to support business operations, drive process alignment, and improve the efficiency, structure, and visibility of Sales Administration activities.
The role will combine team support with hands-on Sales Administration responsibilities, acting as a dedicated senior operational point of contact for Germany. This remote-capable position aligns with the existing Sales Administration management structure and will help strengthen collaboration, consistency, and operational delivery across the function.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Supporting daily Sales Administration activities, including pricing, Bills of Materials (BOMs), proposals, and order processing.
- Helping coordinate workload and priorities across the German Sales Administration team.
- Acting as a first point of support for routine process queries and day-to-day operational guidance.
- Supporting Salesforce and Sage data accuracy and maintaining high-quality records.
- Ensuring alignment between Salesforce opportunities, product information, BOM details, and order documentation.
- Supporting the administration of sales processes and ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
- Tracking RMA activity, including supplier returns, credits, replacements, and restocking fees.
- Supporting communication and collaboration between Sales Administration, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Order Management, Project Managers, and Operations.
- Identifying recurring issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities, and escalating these to the Sales Administration Manager.
- Providing additional support to UK, Ireland, and Spain Sales Administration activities where required, while maintaining Germany as the primary focus of the role.
Must-Haves
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience with office administrative functions preferred
- English fluency required with the ideal candidate being bilingual in both French and English
- High proficiency with demonstrated experience utilizing NetSuite and Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
- Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills
