Your Role

As a Sales Administration Trainee, you’ll support our Sales Administration department in core operational tasks while gaining hands-on training.

This fixed-term (2-year) contract offers:

  • On-the-job experience in sales administration processes
  • Professional qualification support, including:
    • Training cost coverage
    • First-attempt examination fees
    • Dedicated study time (with self-study expected outside working hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain process documentation to streamline workflows and align departmental structures.
  • Bridging communications between product lines to inform cluster development.
  • Assist with inventory management, including on-site stock administration and cross-department coordination to ensure accuracy.
  • Address enquiries from dealers, hauliers, product managers, and the sales team, resolving queries efficiently.

Your Profile

We’re looking for a collaborative and proactive candidate to assist our Sales Administration team. Key requirements include:

  • Organisational skills with initiative to question and improve existing processes.
  • Excellent communication—proficiency in conveying process information clearly to all levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong workplace engagement and ability to collaborate while working independently.
  • Technical proficiency: Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
