Your role in our team:

Join CLAAS UK Ltd as a Sales Administration Trainee, supporting our Sales Administration department in a variety of essential tasks.

This fixed term training contract will provide you with hands on experience and valuable insights into the sales administration processes within our organisation.

Main Duties:

  • Create and maintain process documentation to align structures and streamline workflows within the Sales Administration team.
  • Facilitate communication of information between product lines to aid in the development of our clusters.
  • Assist in managing stock on-site and coordinating between departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
  • Support the sales administration team by addressing queries from dealers, hauliers, product managers and the sales team, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.

Your profile:

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Organised character with a proactive approach to asking questions and challenging existing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey processes and information clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage and communicate with staff at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Capable of working both collaboratively within a team and independently to achieve tasks.
