The Role: Sales Administration Trainee
You’ll join the Sales Administration department in a fixed-term training contract, gaining hands-on experience and insight into sales administration processes within CLAAS UK Ltd.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain process documentation, ensuring alignment, consistency, and efficiency across the Sales Administration team.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to support the development of product clusters and improve workflows.
- Assist in on-site stock management, working alongside departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Provide expert support to dealers, hauliers, product managers, and the sales team, resolving queries promptly and professionally.

Your Profile: Qualifications & Requirements
We’re looking for a proactive, organised individual with:
- Strong ability to challenge existing processes, participate in continuous improvement, and seek clarifications.
- Excelent communication skills, ensuring clear information transfer across all stakeholders and organisational levels.
- Flexibility to engage with colleagues at every level, from junior to senior.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) coupled with strong technical skills.
- Team-focused mindset and independent problem-solving ability to meet deadlines effectively.
