DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | Sales Support Specialist (Internal)
Your role is to provide internal sales support, ensuring Ignition delivers a high-quality sales experience, while positioning yourself as the "go-to" security software distributor.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting sales teams:
- Assisting internal and external sales personnel with administrative and operational tasks.
- Quotation Management:
- Creating and administering accurate quotations for customers.
- Order Processing:
- Handling inbound customer orders, verifying completeness and accuracy.
- _flowing opportunities to the relevant business units and partner programmes.
- Customer Liaison:
- Bringing missing information to the attention of customers and resolving queries.
- CRM Maintenance:
- Updating and maintaining Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate reporting.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Assisting with sales forecast reports and pipeline analysis.
- Opportunity Development:
- Engaging with incoming partners and new business leads.
- Sales Process Knowledge:
- Understanding and adhering to sales workflows and methodologies.
- Ad-hoc Tasking:
- Performing tasks as assigned by your line manager.
