DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | Sales Support Specialist (Internal)

Your role is to provide internal sales support, ensuring Ignition delivers a high-quality sales experience, while positioning yourself as the "go-to" security software distributor.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting sales teams:
    • Assisting internal and external sales personnel with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Quotation Management:
    • Creating and administering accurate quotations for customers.
  • Order Processing:
    • Handling inbound customer orders, verifying completeness and accuracy.
    • _flowing opportunities to the relevant business units and partner programmes.
  • Customer Liaison:
    • Bringing missing information to the attention of customers and resolving queries.
  • CRM Maintenance:
    • Updating and maintaining Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
    • Assisting with sales forecast reports and pipeline analysis.
  • Opportunity Development:
    • Engaging with incoming partners and new business leads.
  • Sales Process Knowledge:
    • Understanding and adhering to sales workflows and methodologies.
  • Ad-hoc Tasking:
    • Performing tasks as assigned by your line manager.
