Company Description

Rubelli is a historic global company that designs, produces, and sells high-quality furnishing products, particularly fabrics and wall coverings for residential and contract use.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support our existing sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and delivering excellent customer service. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

  • Experience within the soft furnishings, interiors, textiles, furniture, or home furnishings industry.
