  • Permanent, full-time

Working Hours

40 hours per week; Monday – Friday, 09:00 to 17:00

Salary

£26,509 - £27,000 per annum (DOE)


About the Role

At Lookers Stockport Renault, we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our growing team. You'll support the operations department and provide an exceptional administrative experience.

You’ll be reporting to the Dealership Accountant, an accomplished professional – an opportunity to learn from one of the best.

Our Administrators are the backbone of the department, maintaining accuracy and delivering high-level and timely service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Database Management

    • Maintain all customer databases
    • Respond to all internal and external queries via telephone and online
  • Vehicle Orders & Compliance

    • Support the ordering of vehicles for customers using internal fleet management systems
    • Ensure all orders comply with Lookers policies and procedures
    • Provide accurate quotations using the approved quotation system

  • Administrative Efficiency
    • Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Attributes:
    • Self-motivated
    • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers
    • Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Nice to Have: Previous experience in the automotive industry or working with administrative systems (optional, full training provided)
