Sales / Contract Administrator

Fourblue, a growing and ambitious recruitment agency based on The Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join the team following an internal promotion. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in supporting both our consultants and contractors.
Around half of your time will focus on contractor coordination - keeping everything running smoothly from onboarding through to payment - while the rest of your role will see you at the heart of the office, supporting day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating contractor onboarding, timesheets, approvals, and payment processes
- Setting up new starters with laptops, headsets, and system access
- Providing first-line support for basic IT, phone systems, and office equipment
- Assisting consultants with placements, CV formatting, terms, and candidate queries
- Keeping the office running efficiently - managing supplies, travel, and company events
What we’re looking for
- A confident communicator who’s comfortable on the phone
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong written communication and research skills
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in getting things done
- Strong IT skills would be a bonus
