Sales Support Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-orientated Sales Administrator to join our client’s growing sales team! You must be willing to learn, have strong communication skills, and work effectively within a team. Does this sound like you? Please apply today!

Job title: Sales Support Administrator
Duration: 4-6 months
Start date: ASAP
Location: Chelsea (working fully in the office)
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £17-£18 an hour

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the London Sales Team to assist with day-to-day operations
  • Ensure all sales information is accurately recorded and maintained within company systems
  • Update customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correctly entered into company systems
  • Liaise with internal departments including Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless order delivery
  • Gather and verify all required customer and order information to ensure successful order processing
  • Ensure all documentation relating to commercial orders is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with company procedures
  • Where required, act as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery information, and administrative queries

  • Previous sales admin or sales team support experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing data entry tasks
  • Working experience with MS Office, including being confident using Excel
  • Comfortable picking up new systems quickly including knowledge of using any CRM or ERP systems
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Must be positive and a go-getter
