Sales Administrator – Stockport Renault (Permanent, Full-Time)

Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator
Location: Stockport Renault Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday – Friday 09:00 to 17:00 Salary: £26,509 – £27,000 DOE (Depending on experience)
About the Role: As a Sales Administrator at Lookers Stockport Renault, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the operations department while providing a exceptional administrative experience. You’ll be directly reporting to the Dealership Accountant—a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.
Our Administrators drive the day-to-day operations with accuracy, speed, and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Database Management: Maintain comprehensive customer databases while addressing internal and external queries via telephone and online channels.
- Vehicle Ordering: Support the ordering process of new and used vehicles through the internal fleet management system, ensuring all orders comply with Lookers policies.
- Customer Service: Provide accurate quotations using the approved system to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process Excellence: Complete all relevant paperwork with high standard accuracy.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone with:
- Practical Administrative Experience (essential)
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication abilities to build rapport with:
- Customers & suppliers
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous automotive industry experience (advantageous but not mandatory—training offered).
