Sales Administrator - Audi
Salary: Competitive
Location: York
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in providing an efficient and effective administrative support function, you will be helping to ensure that every customer experiences the very best service from the moment they place a car order to the point they take delivery of their new car!
As a Sales Administrator your day to day will include:
- Maintain 100% accuracy in all vehicle administration, including invoicing, taxation, and manufacturer system updates.
- Process sales documentation efficiently, ensuring every stage of the sales process is fully completed.
- Monitor and support the sales progress, ensuring timely vehicle delivery and clear communication across the team.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and uphold the highest data and process standards.
- Assist Accounts and Manage accurate and timely sales reports.
- Allocate costs and bonuses correctly to ensure financial accuracy across all vehicle transactions.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administration and/or sales administration experience. Having previously worked in the motor industry in an administrative capacity is desirable but not essential.
- A customer-centric attitude, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to your work, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Energy and enthusiasm with strong verbal and written communication skills!
