Sales Administrator - New Homes
£35,000 + Bonus
Chelmsford, Essex

Are you an organised administrator looking to join the fast-paced world of new homes? Our client, a leading UK residential developer, is looking for a Sales Administrator to support their busy sales team across Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business that offers structured training, genuine career progression, and a supportive team environment.

The Role

Working closely with the Sales and Management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth progression of property sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling telephone enquiries from prospective and existing customers.
  • Supporting the progression of property sales and part-exchange transactions.
  • Managing diaries and coordinating appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Preparing letters, documents, and general correspondence.
  • Ordering marketing materials, stationery, and customer upgrades.
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns and weekly pricing updates.
  • Keeping website content accurate and up to date.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience within property, construction, or new homes would be advantageous, but is not essential.
