With over 40 years of experience in RF & Microwave PCB manufacture, we specialise in the supply of metal back PCB, mixed dielectric multilayer PCB and Antenna’s. Job Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support our growing team. This role will play a key part in providing an accurate and efficient administrative service to the Sales department whilst also support customer enquiries and executing sales/marketing campaigns. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop within a fast-paced, high-technology environment supporting defence and aerospace programmes.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Administrator will report directly to the Sales Manager. Typical responsibilities will include the following:
- Manage incoming enquiries and RFQs, ensuring timely tracking and allocation
- Support preparation and submission of quotations and customer documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to progress opportunities and meet deadlines
- Assist with order processing, acknowledgements, and general sales administration
- Support marketing activities, including campaign execution, lead tracking, and content coordination
- Maintain consistent processes, templates, and documentation standards
- Provide administration support to the wider business as required

Training & Experience Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience in a sales administration or business support.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Experience in marketing coordination.
